Recruitment process

Saunier & associés commits itself to respect the equality of chance and to consider equitably each candidate.
In order to guarantee an impartial examination, we have established a structured recruitment process.

> If you are a student, take a look at our opportunities for internship or in alternating After reception, your application is examined by the human resources department. The Candidates corresponding to the expected profile will be contacted for an interview.

The interview is generally in three steps :
A meeting with the direct manager, then with the recruitment manager and finally, according to the position concerned, with the functional manager.
Our objective is to study all the applications in a quick time after reception (contact, interview, proposal, agreement). During this process, we look for selecting motivated candidates, having a large interest on our four main areas.
Each interview is the opportunity to analyse the experience and the personality of the applicants, in order to guarantee their correspondence with our culture and with the core values of our company.
