Recruitment process

Saunier engineering respects equality of opportunities and considers each candidate fairly.
In order to guarantee an impartial examination, we established a structured recruitment process.

After reception, your application is examined by the human resources department. Candidates corresponding to the expected profile will be contacted for an interview.

The interview is generally carried out as follows:
A first meeting is set up with the direct manager, followed by a second with the recruitment manager. Eventually a third one may be required with the functional manager, depending on the position.
Our objective is to study all applications in a timely manner (contact, interview, proposal, and agreement). During this process, we select motivated candidates, which are open-minded and interested in all three of our main areas.
Each interview is an opportunity to analyse the experience and the personality of the candidates, in order to guarantee their correspondence with our culture and core values.
