The Group focuses on constantly developing competences and motivating its engineers and managers to deliver high quality service in a timely manner.We encourage our engineers and managers to develop their specific skills in order to gain intellectual stature and to promote their experience. We regard technical experts and managers as crucial for the development of our group. We offer the possibility for each employee to develop him/herself by choosing either a technical or management career path and strongly encourage them to take initiatives.
Over the past five years, more than 50 highly qualified persons have joined us, thereby reinforcing our competences in our three main fields of expertise. Recruiting was mainly focused on engineers and post-graduate students, which had diverse educational backgrounds and experiences, to guarantee multidisciplinary and innovative intervention.
