We stimulate our engineers and managers to develop their competences, to acquire a certain stature and to
have the possibility to valorise their experience. For Saunier & associés, the profiles of the experts and
the managers are crucial. Besides, the company is really attached to the fact that these two profiles are

For two years, more than 200 persons joined us in our four main areas with notably a high level of expertise.
The recruitments have been concentrated on engineers and post-graduated students, with a focus on the
diversification of their training and of their experience, as a guarantee for an innovative intervention.
